Registration
All presentations are expected to be in-person. Exceptions may be granted only for circumstances beyond the presenter’s control, such as a visa denial. To request an exception, submit an official confirmation of your visa appointment to demonstrate your effort. The program chairs will make the final decision.
All papers in the program must have at least one author registered at the appropriate rate for their presentation modality and status. Authors approved for virtual presentation pay the same registration rate as in-person presenters. Papers with no registered author will be removed from the proceedings.
Registration will open on June 1, 2026, following paper notifications.

- Main Conference + Workshops registration includes admission to all conference and workshop sessions, conference materials, refreshments during coffee breaks, and the social event (August 4).
- Workshops Only registration includes admission to all workshop sessions on August 2.
- There is no Main Conference Only option.
- Call for student volunteers will be announced after the paper acceptance.
- Early registration ends on July 6, 2026, 11:59PM UTC-12:00 (“anywhere on Earth”).
Cancelation Policy
- Cancellations of registration up to one month prior to the conference (July 2) will be refunded the full amount paid (minus up to $50 processing fee).
- Cancellations up to three weeks prior to the conference (July 9) will be refunded any amounts paid over $200.
- Cancellations after three weeks prior to the conference (July 9) and all no-shows will not be refunded any amount.
